Terms & Conditions – ybet Legal Agreement

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and ybet ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), operating under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By accessing, browsing, or using the ybet website at ybet.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account or placing any wagers. Your continued use of ybet services following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Account Registration Process

3.2 Prohibited Activities

• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative behavior
• Colluding with other players or engaging in chip dumping

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software
• Conducting or attempting money laundering activities
• Transferring funds between accounts for purposes other than legitimate gaming

• Registering multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account

ybet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities and to report suspected illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Any funds associated with prohibited activities may be forfeited.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

ybet accepts deposits via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, and maximum deposit limits may apply based on your chosen payment method and account verification status.

You agree that all funds deposited into your ybet account originate from legitimate sources and that you have the legal right to use such funds for gaming purposes. ybet reserves the right to refuse deposits from any source deemed high-risk or suspicious, and to request documentation proving the source of funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. ybet reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of ₱200 on inactive accounts containing balances. Accounts inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be closed, and remaining funds may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

ybet offers various bonuses and promotions to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be satisfied before withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds, typically ranging from 25x to 50x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinating with other players to clear wagering requirements, or employing specific betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, is strictly prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential legal action.

5.2 Promotion Modification and Cancellation

In the event of promotion cancellation, players who have already opted into the promotion and satisfied any required conditions will receive the promised benefits. However, ybet reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through fraudulent means or Terms violations.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, game outcome, or account matter, you must contact ybet customer support within fourteen (14) days of the disputed transaction. Disputes not raised within this timeframe may not be investigated. ybet will investigate all legitimate disputes and provide a written response within thirty (30) days. The decision of ybet management regarding dispute resolution is final and binding.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ybet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, source code, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of ybet or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without express written permission from ybet. Unauthorized use of ybet intellectual property may result in civil and criminal penalties under applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

11. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

12. Account Closure and Termination

4. Arbitration: Any remaining disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. under its applicable rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against ybet.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Amendments

ybet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

ybet's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing.

14.4 Assignment

14.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ybet regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
